Decent margin pole

If you have seen my post in the other section you will know I am looking for a decent margin pole.

I have had the following recommended

Shimano beastmaster

Tricast xrs

Daiwa yank and bank pro

But I am open to other suggestions

My job takes me around the north of England and so could possibly collect

I've got the beast master I find it's a great margin pole brought the extension too to take it to 10 metre

Ignore the yank and bank, you want either the beastmaster or the tricast depending on your budget.

Tricast is awesome and with extensions goes to 12mt

I know of the exploding number 4 sections but I understand the pro was better. To be honest I am favouring the beastmaster but just to tight to buy new

I'd say a beastmaster but at the moment they are holding there value quite well as its now nearing summer and there is limited alternatives available. Shimano Technium XTA Margin would also be worth a look at cracking bit of kit. A different manufacture I'd say Garbolino Power Maxim but that would be abit more expensive. Shimano margin poles seems to be the way forward at the moment. Note Never tried the tricast so cant comment on it. The daiwa yank and bank the older version never had a problem with the number 4 is this the newer version or all of them thats having this problem ? Didn't really like, its light but I was not 100% confident in it which is why I swapped over to a Beastmaster.
