for sale a very nice condition drennan tench float rod, in the original velvet bag, i think these are a collectors item now, but are a blinding rod for fishing down the edge for carp on the pin. i want £40 plus the postage, or you can collect i am in slough.

hi all, i am not sure if this is this is the mk1 or not, if you can tell me what to look for on the blank i will get info back asap. This was my father in laws who bought it new years ago and i will be honest it has not been on the bank much at all, as i had it in a cupboard upstairs and forgot all about it. I do know one thing though it is a blinding rod for 40 quid, it is the one with a full cork handle if that sheds any light

What is the length m8 there was the tench float and then the super tench float. Mint rods 8lb line, very forgiving tip and loads of back bone in the base. No matter which one it is well worth £40 (bargin). If memory serves me right they were 12'9".

hi all, i have just brought it downstairs and gave it a wipe with a damp cloth and then a duster, and it is mint. Here is what is written on the blank Drennan Tench Float 12'9" 3lb-6lb reel lines. specialist power action. As i mentioned earlier it is the full cork handle, and with a very fine grade sandpaper you could bring the cork up to look like new
