I had some materials left so put this together.
480/480 usable area, 520/520 total.
Edging trim is 2.5 mm carbon, main sheet is aluminium/ polyethylene composite board, braces are 8mm Ali tube, seat clamp is half a Preston uni arm, so will fit any legs.
Total weight 1070gm, clamps only to one leg. Quite a bit lighter than comparable trays.
