Stafford moor mini festival

After a number of wasted trips to whiteacres im going to try and organise a mini festival at stafford moor, im looking for 20 or so anglers to join me and a few friends at stafford moor for a four day festival it will either be in april or june 2010, costs and acomodation are still to be sorted as andy wanted some numbers first.

Put me down mate subject to my op will not be able to drive or fish for at least 8 weeks after hoping to get my op befor Dec of this year so should be ok will know in sept if I am having it this year

Pencil me and my mate kingy in. Sure you will know him if you fish kings regular. He fishes for the swan. Will have to check with him but the swan did the same thing last year, dumped whiteacres for stafford moor, and he raved over it so no doubt he will fancy a trip down there.

nice idea but not going to happen

sorry all and thanks for all the interest, unfortunately the only way we can proceed with this festival format is to book all the lodges in one go, Andy will not close a pool if other Lodges are let out, if anyone is interested in 2011 please let me know, there are seven lodges all holding 4/5 people.

i know a few anglers that would be interested

if you get it up and running make sure you get substantial deposits (not returnable) off everyone including friends. cos you'll end up paying otherwise!

June 2009 prices were about a grand a lodge per week. Max of 5 per lodge and the fishing is then free so that saves you £7 per day. There were 5 of us in June stopping at my place in westward ho! which is about 30 mins drive away and we drove there every day for the week. Have seen other clubs down there fish 5 matches on 5 different days on 5 different lakes and they weren't staying on site
