Un-subscribe ?????

Is there a setting I can change to prevent e-mails everytime post on a thread ?

I know I can cancel the subscriptions one by one, but can I stop them being sent at all?

I could do with that imfo my e-mail box gets full

Click "Thread Tools" in the thread where you posted and then click "Unsubscribe"

Another way is when you are replying to a thread.. UNcheck the box that says "Subscribe to this thread"
