    Not quite there...

    You know those sayings that we come out with when we describe a person that isn't really the full ticket?? Whats your favourite?? Heres mine....

    The lights are on but no ones home.... he"s not a full shilling.....hes a sandwich short of a picknic.....theres a few bricks missing from that wall.....they"re not all locked up....if he"s sane i dont wanna be.

                He"s not playing with a full deck.... if braincells were dynamite he wouldn"t have enough to blow his hat off.... the lift don"t go to the top floor.
