Hi boys and girls. I may be one of very few anglers here who dosen't match fish. I do it just for the fun and found when I fished matches it wasn't the same enjoyment. I fish all over the wigan area mainly kingsdown road (Polly's) or Widows's. Not the best angler ever but can catch a couple but love every minute.

It does sometimes appear that it"s only match anglers on here,but there are plenty of members who don"t need the competative aspect to enjoy the sport,plenty of carp,pike,barbel and any other species specialists along with pleasure anglers,fly fishermen and even a few sea anglers,so you are far from being alone on here.
Just join in and enjoy site mate.
