  • If you are with Simon, you probably have one of the best anglers around to get info from.

    Best advice I can give is: don't try and rush. Although you are fishing for a possible huge weight, the fish are mainly around 1lb and come in little bursts. Try to feed after you have hooked a fish to cut down on foulhookers, and fish inside the feed as well.
    A lot of fish come right tight under your feet, but some have been catching well by fishing long recently.
    Feed pellets, but try corn on the hook, or even a bunch of maggots. They seem to like the noise and crunch of pellets, but a softer bait gets more bites.
